The solution in question fully supports a number of functionalities such as records of the beginning and end of work in the accommodation unit, records of the status of the accommodation unit, minibar records, damage reports, fault reports, room inventory records (bathrobes, towels, ...). Direct communication with the reception and maintenance departments quickly and efficiently eliminates the possibility of guests entering the unprepared room, outstanding minibar bills or room inventory of forgetful and irresponsible guests, but also records and seeks the intervention of the maintenance department regarding recorded deficiencies, damage caused by guests, thus eliminating possible causes of guest dissatisfaction and unnecessary costs of the user’s facility. In addition to the above, the solution in question is integrated with other segments of DIVENTA (e.g. Human Resources, Labor Costs, Materials Management, F&B Department). The solution in question also works in the form of the DIVENTA webHOUSEKEEPING mobile application.
